How to Connect Customer.io to HookFeed

Grab your HookFeed webhook URL.

Create your first Customer.io alert in HookFeed — we'll share a unique webhook URL

Add it to Customer.io

[Open Customer.io webhook settings](https://customer.io/)

Step-by-step:

**In your Customer.io workspace:**

1. Go to **Data & Integrations > Integrations**

2. Find and select **Reporting Webhooks**

3. Click **"Add Reporting Webhook"**

4. Paste your webhook URL: \[your HookFeed webhook URL\]

5. Select the events you want to receive (e.g. Bounced, Converted, Spammed)

6. Click **"Save and Enable Webhook"**
